- Meditation cushioning is also provided. Again, please feel welcome to bring your personal cushion, shawls, etc.

- Hat and sunscreen for summer.
- Jacket and hat for winter.
- Wet weather gear – just in case.
- Walking shoes.
- Slippers/house shoes for indoors.
- Personal toiletries, including soap.
- We have limited laundry facilities. Please bring adequate clothing you require for the duration of the retreat.
NOTES
- AYURVEDIC MASSAGES & CONSULTATIONS
Ayurvedic massage, bodywork, and therapeutic treatments are available upon request and must be pre-booked. Please book here. (Please add dates of your retreat in the notes/message field on checkout.) - VISITORS
If you choose to have drop-in visitors with or without consent from Management, they will be seen as retreatants and half or full-day rates will apply. - NO DRUGS
We trust that you understand that this is a retreat centre where no meat, alcohol, drugs and/or cigarettes are permitted. - MOBILE PHONES
During your retreat, consider turning off your mobile phone and unplug yourself from all cyber-communication. Your soul needs your attention. Everyone else can wait. -
BATHROOMS
Nirvana Wellbeing Retreat is a boutique, purpose built retreat for meditation and allied practices, with single room or twin shared occupancy. Ensuite rooms have an attached shower and toilet for the personal use of the occupant. Each shared-facility room has a wash basin with a couple of bathrooms close to the bedrooms within the same building. -
WATER
Nirvana’s water source is from a natural spring that’s on the side of the mountain. The water is soft, untreated and ample for showers and personal use. However, there are limited laundry facilities. In addition to it being unsound to use an electrical clothes dryer in Queensland, in consideration of other attendees who do not want to look at other people's washing hanging around during their stay at retreat, we request that you pack adequate clothing to last you for the duration of your stay.
