AYURVEDIC HEALTH EDUCATION AND SUPER ENERGY DETOX

Get started today Ayurvedic therapy or treatment is administered as a combination of herbal decoctions or preparations and lifestyle changes that help balance the three principal energies in the body: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These principal energies or doshas are present in every individual with varying strength and magnitude. The main dosha that is predominant among the others determines the overall constitution of the individual, also known as Prakruti.

According to Ayurveda, diseases arise when these doshas become vitiated because of an external or internal stimulus linked with eating and lifestyle habits. Ayurvedic treatments ensure that all three doshas are at their optimum levels. The duration, dosage and treatment methods may vary depending on the inherent constitution, or Prakriti of the individual.

You experience good health when your body is in balance. An imbalance leads to stress, anxiety, general fatigue, sleep problems, pain, gut health issues such as bloating, reflux, constipation, or diarrhoea, skin issues etc. This retreat is not just about diets and weight loss.
